After you have postponed your reservation you will receive an email to confirm your postponement. If you do not receive the postponement email, please send an email with the details of your reservation to reservations@diamondhotel.co.ke.

We will never charge you a postponing fee. However, in order to avoid a fee from the hotel, please make sure you postpone on time according to the postponing policy of the hotel. You will find the postponing policy on the “Hotel Terms and Conditions” page.

We do not allow cancellation of a booking but we do allow a booking to be postponed within the next 30 days(from the date the booking was initially made), use the form provided in the contact Us page to contact.
